How it works
- 1
Call with an expert
We learn what your business does, what's registered, which filings apply and where things stand. Then we send a monthly fee and a written list of what it covers.
- 2
Handover
We take over your books and portal access from you or your previous accountant, and tell you about any returns pending from earlier periods before we file them.
- 3
Your compliance calendar
We list every due date that applies to you: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, professional tax, advance tax, income tax and ROC.
- 4
Monthly work
You send the month's invoices, bank statements and payroll changes. We record them, work out the taxes, tell you what to pay and file the returns.
- 5
MIS and review
You get your MIS within 7 working days of sending the month's information, and your expert takes you through anything that needs a decision.
- 6
Year-end
We close the books, coordinate the audit through our associated auditors where one applies, and file the annual returns.
What the retainership covers
The retainership puts your accounts and compliance with one team. We keep your books in Tally, Zoho Books or the software you already use, prepare a monthly MIS, file GST and TDS returns, process payroll and PF/ESI, file income tax returns and handle ROC filings for companies and LLPs. New registrations and agreements you need during the year are part of it too.
You deal with one dedicated expert who knows your business, on WhatsApp, phone, email, Zoom or Google Meet. Behind them is our team, and we don't outsource your work to any other company.
Retainership or separate services?
If you need one filing, such as a GST registration or a single income tax return, a fixed-fee service is simpler. A retainership suits a business with work every month: invoices to record, returns to file, salaries to process. One fee covers it, and nothing falls between two providers.
Compared with an in-house accountant, you don't hire, train or replace anyone, and the work carries on when someone leaves. You also get GST, payroll and ROC knowledge that one person rarely has.
How the fee is set
We price each retainership after a call. The fee depends on the number of transactions a month, the number of employees on payroll, whether you're a company, LLP, firm or proprietorship, and which registrations you hold. If the work grows a lot during the year, we talk to you before the fee changes.
The fee is our professional fee. GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other taxes, government fees, interest and late fees are paid by you at actuals.
