How it works

  1. 1

    Book and pay

Pay online and tell us what you'd like to plan: salary, investments, a sale, business income or all of them.

  2. 2

    Slot confirmation

We confirm a time and ask for the documents that matter for your case. A CA reviews them before the session.

  3. 3

    The session

On a phone or video call, the CA takes you through the numbers, compares the regimes and discusses your options.

  4. 4

    Written plan

You get a written plan: the regime to choose, what to invest or claim, and dates for advance tax and other actions.

What tax planning covers

Tax planning is arranging your income, investments and spending so you pay the tax the law asks for and no more. For salaried people, that means choosing a regime, using the deductions the old regime allows and structuring allowances. For investors, it's timing sales and using the exemptions on capital gains. For business owners, it's choosing between presumptive tax and full books, claiming genuine expenses and planning advance tax.

We advise only on what the law allows. We don't suggest arrangements built only to avoid tax.

The new Income-tax Act

From 1 April 2026, the Income-tax Act, 2025 replaced the 1961 Act. Income from tax year 2026-27 onwards is taxed under the new Act, which renumbers sections and some forms; returns for the year ended 31 March 2026 are still filed under the old Act. The new regime remains the default.

We plan under the rules that apply to your year and tell you where the change affects you.

Frequently asked questions

When should I book a session?

Early in the year, from April to June, gives you the most room to act: telling your employer your regime, planning investments and timing sales. A session later in the year still helps with advance tax and capital gains before 31 March.

Which regime should I choose?

It depends on your income and the deductions you can claim. The new regime has lower rates and few deductions; the old regime can suit people with large deductions such as home loan interest and tax-saving investments. We compare both on your numbers.

Is the session only for salaried people?

No. We also plan for investors, professionals, business owners and people with rental income. NRIs can book our NRI tax consultation.

Will you file my return too?

Not as part of the session. Return filing is a separate service, and the plan makes it quicker.

Do you recommend investments?

We explain the tax effect of investments and sales. We don't recommend specific shares, funds or financial products.
