How it works
- 1
Book and pay
Choose 30 or 60 minutes, pay online and tell us your question in a few lines.
- 2
Slot confirmation
We confirm a time and send the call link or number. If documents matter, send them before the call so the CA can read them.
- 3
The call
A CA takes you through the question, your options and what we'd recommend, by phone, Zoom or Google Meet.
- 4
Written summary
After the call, you get a short summary of the advice and the next steps by email.
What you can ask
Many questions can be settled on a call: which tax regime to choose, how a capital gain will be taxed, whether you need GST registration, how to structure a new business, what a notice means and how to answer it, or what a company or LLP has to file each year.
A call is advice, not a filing. If the answer leads to work, such as a return, a reply to a notice or a registration, we quote it separately and you decide.
30 or 60 minutes?
Choose 30 minutes for one clear question, such as whether a receipt is taxable or which return applies to you. Choose 60 minutes if the question covers several years, a notice with documents to go through, or a decision with options to compare.
If the time runs out, the CA tells you what's left, and you can book another slot.
